Your Hotel or Accommodation in central Lisbon

(optionally in a nearby place of your preference)

Your tour begins at 8:30am with a pick up at your hotel. This ensures enough time to enjoy your day without any hurry. This private tour is provided mainly with the objective of showing Fátima, Batalha, Nazaré, and Óbidos, nevertheless, this itinerary can be changed to best suit your preferences.

Head first to Fátima, an approximately 1-hour trip, where you will see the magnificence of both the old and the new sanctuaries where 250,000 people pray at the famous candle processions during the main historical dates–May 13 and October 13.

After that, visit the Monastery of Batalha, one of the best examples of Gothic architecture in Portugal. It was built as a worship gift for the victory in the Battle of Aljubarrota which took place nearby. There will be time to visit the battle grounds before heading to Nazare.

Once in Nazare, you will head to the Sanctuary of Nazaré, which is perched at the top of a cliff. It also offers you some amazing views of the village below. There will also be free time for lunch in one of the many amazing local seafood restaurants.

After lunch, head to Óbidos, a beautifully preserved medieval village where you will taste the famous Ginginha (Cherry Liquor) in a chocolate cup, and have time to stroll through the village with its magnificent castle and buy some souvenirs.

As long as the light conditions and schedule allows, your return to Lisbon will preferably be made along the coastline, offering you some wonderful views to end your day.
