Growing up surrounded by the magnificent scenery that characterises our beautiful country, South Africa, it’s hard not to be passionate about cycling. We love being out on our bikes, doing what we are most passionate about. Drawing on our years of local knowledge and experience, we design guided, personalised tours that are memorable, healthy, eco-friendly, and a great way to explore the rich South African countryside. It’s also energising for us to be able to share these exclusive experiences with others.
Hermanus is rated as one of the World Wildlife Fund’s (WWF) 12 Best Whale-watching Destinations in the World, so a visit here from June to December will guarantee a sighting of the southern right whales among others.
The climate is also ideal for growing wines. Some of the best wines are grown here and many of the farms provide culinary experiences that wont be forgotten.
If going to the beach is what you enjoy doing then look no further. Hermanus has a lot of swimming beaches and surfing spots to explore. The weather is ideal in summer and winter adds good swell for surfing.
Hermanus is set between picturesque mountains and the ocean on the other side which makes for great mountain biking. The views are amazing and the cycling technical but fun.
