These caves are typical of the area and they are listed as Unesco World Heritage Sites. The Monferrato area offers endless opportunities to wander through its trails up and down the hills and the immense fields, you can take the opportunity to do some walking and maybe end it with a delicious break with local food and wines. Alternatively explore the villages spread over the hills and stop at a winery to enjoy the local wines

Lake Orta must be visited at a leisurely pace: walk from the Sacred Mount to the lake banks onto the island of San Giulio enjoying breathtaking views; step back in time exploring the villages of Pella, Ronco and Omegna. Celebrate this day by ending it with a walk in the vineyards and tasting of the local wines
