Embark on an Adventure That Will Restore Your Well-Being

Join us for a journey into the heart of the wilderness hidden away from civilization and reconnect with your own along the way.

We will start off hiking and scrambling through millions of years of geologic history as you learn about the influences that shaped this unique landscape.  Your guide will offer reflective and mindful moments as you make your way through the quiet wilderness. Once we reach our destination, enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class with a panoramic view and allow the cycles and rhythms of your being to sync with the silence and solitude of nature.

After practice, we will enjoy our snacks or lunches and venture into the beautiful wilderness. On the hike out, and with the intimate knowledge of the area, our guide will make this soul-soothing journey one to remember.

Do I need to have experience to do this tour?

No, no previous experience is required!

What should I wear?

Wear clothes you can move in and won’t tear easily. Layers are also key! For your feet, comfortable medium-weight hiking shoes or boots work best. You definitely need closed-toed shoes (no Chacos!) that you’ve worn before and broken in well.

Should I bring cash with me for any park entrance fees? What about snacks?

Entrance fees and snacks are included in the price.

What sort of snacks do you provide?

We are happy to include healthy, nutritious and delicious snacks on all of our outings. We typically bring a nut mix and dried fruit along with us. We welcome you to bring some snacks of your own if you’ve got something specific you’d like.

Please note: we are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, kosher, and gluten-free diets—just get in touch with us, and we’ll chat about your needs!
